Thank you for shopping with FC Haus. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed, not from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events beyond our control

FC Haus is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact support@fchaus.com immediately.

We can only update shipping information before your order enters processing. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, FC Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

  • Checking with neighbors or your building management

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned because:

  • The shipping address was incorrect,

  • The package was refused,

  • The package was unclaimed,

  • Customs fees were not paid,

the order will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be reshipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders shipping to locations where delivery is unavailable or prohibited by law.
