At FC Haus, every order is processed specifically for each customer. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order has entered processing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

No longer wanting the product

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Refusal to accept delivery
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.
After this period, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Address changes may only be requested before processing begins. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or replace packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fchaus.com.
Your email must include:

Clear photos of the item received

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
If approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered, FC Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
Shipping Delays
Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Other circumstances outside our control
do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay any applicable customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting FC Haus to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to submit all order information, tracking information, communications, and proof of delivery to the payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future orders being canceled or refused.
Limitation of Liability
FC Haus is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, labor disputes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
